How to...
Editing Your Opening Hours
Setting your opening hours and buffer time is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below, and you’ll be finished in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Log In
Make sure you are logged in to your account.
Step 2: Access Opening Hours
Go to your Dashboard and click on Opening Hours in the left toolbar.
Note: Each row represents an opening hours range, which can extend into the next day if needed (e.g., Friday 16:00 to Saturday 2:00). You can add multiple ranges for a single day, such as lunch (11:00 – 14:00) and dinner (16:00 – 22:00).
Example:

Step 3: Add New Range
Click on Add New Range, then set the opening day and time on the left and the closing day and time on the right.
Step 4: Set a Buffer
Enter a buffer time (in minutes). This determines how soon the first available delivery/collection time appears after opening or current time. When you’re open, times start from the nearest quarter hour, plus the buffer. The “ASAP” option is always shown, but the next time considers the buffer. For example, if you’re currently closed with a 45-minute buffer set and open at 4:00 pm, the customer will see “ASAP (After opening)”, “4:45 pm”, “4:30 pm”, etc.
Step 5: Save and Exit
Once you’ve set your opening hours and reviewed for accuracy, click Save Changes and exit.
